After a successful opening offer in Melbourne, Aussie brand Vision Direct is now ready to push their new Sydney retail store, which recently opened near Wynyard Station on George Street. Similarly to what they did in Melbourne, the retailer has put up a very tempting offer for any fashion-savvy Sydneysiders who are in need of some frames and lenses, offering to give away a free pair to the first 100 customers who book an eye-test in-store on Tuesday 14th August.
Until now, Vision Direct was mostly known as an e-retailer – a very well stocked one at that – with a huge assortment of brands including Marc Jacobs, Garret Leight, Calvin Klein, Mont Blanc and Porsche Design. That impressive catalogue has made its way onto physical shelves in the new store, although it seems to be more curated along the lines of what’s proven most popular online at the time.
The free glasses will be chosen from the stock of premium acetate frames in-store as well as prescription lenses, all available until stocks run out or up until 16th August. To get your hands on some you just need to be amongst the first 100 to actually go into the store on Tuesday and book into a free (Medicare card required – all bulk billed) eye test with Vision Direct’s in-house optometrist. Just make sure you quote the reference number “0SPECS” when you rock up.
