Track of the Day: Neverkid “When It Comes” (2019)

Indie pop meets 80s vibes in “When It Comes To You“, the debut single from Brisbane’s Neverkid. Complete with a music video filmed in the garage of Neverkid’s apartment complex, we’re loving this moody, retro take on electro-pop – and we think you will too!

Neverkid says:

“Normally I write songs when I’m in a sad or reflective mood but this song came from a place of intensity and anger […] Being my first release I was also pretty keen to make sure it totally reflected me as an artist and as a person – so [in the music video] I’m in shorts and a t-shirt and not wearing much make-up. It’s just me, in a trance, putting on a show.”

Brisbane fans can catch Neverkid at the Milk Factory on December 18th. All the info you’ll need is right here!

In the meantime, you can stay up to date with all things Neverkid via her Facebook and Instagram.
