Exclusive Single Premiere: Jordan Merrick “Dangerously Sincere” (2019)

The debut album from Jordan Merrick is about to drop, but before it does we have the Exclusive Single Premiere of “Dangerously Sincere”, prior to its release from this Brisbane-based singer-songwriter.  Two singles have already been released from the album, “Low Country”, which we premiered back in June of this year, and more recently “I Don’t Belong”. This track features Amela, who is also Brisbane-based.

This track is a slow-burner, starting with a looping electric guitar, throwing in some sparse organ work and some drums, but oh, it’s all about the vocals. Merricks and Amela’s vocals are sweet and sultry. It has lust and desire, it’s got doubt and it’s got wanton feels all over it.  We are thrilled to be premiering it before it’s release tomorrow. His debut album Night Music will be released on the 25th October.

Do give it a spin.
