Eighteen years ago we were introduced to Unbreakable, the superhero film that was not all it seemed. Two years ago, sixteen years after the original made its debut, the sequel Split came to our screens with a twist ending we never expected. Glass continues on the conclusion of Split, following David Dun as he tracks down Crumb’s superhuman personality The Beast, Price emerging from the original film as an orchestrator with secrets that are critical to them both.

Bruce Willis returns, reprising his role as David Dunn from the original film, along with Samuel L. Jackson as Elijah Price, and Charlayne Woodard and Spencer Treat Clark as Dunn’s wife and son. From the sequel, James McAvoy makes his reappearance as the man with multiple identities, Kevin Wendall Crumb, as well as Anya Taylor-Joy reprising her role as Casey Cook, the only person to survive an encounter with The Beast. Another star we’ll see in the next instalment is Golden Globe winner Sarah Paulson, known for her numerous roles in FX series American Horror Story.

The film will be produced by Shaymalan and Blumhouse Production’s Jason Blum, known for producing the last two films for Universal. Ashwin Rajan and Marc Bienstock will also be returning as executive producers, along with Steven Schneider.

Glass is expected to arrive in Australian cinemas on 17th January 2019.
