Sydney’s Tramsheds is hosting a pop-up ramen alley this month

Looking for a way to beat back those winter blues and bring some warmth back to your soul, in the way only a piping-hot, brothy bowl of goodness can?

From now until July 20th, Wednesday through Saturday, the discerning team at Japanese izakaya Osaka Trading Co. are performing a little takeover of Sydney’s historic Tramsheds, transforming the building’s revolving Artisan Lane into a The Land of the Rising Sun for Ramen Alley.

Tickets to Ramen Alley will set you back $27, but include a classic shoyu ramen and a Toki whiskey highball to boot. If you want to try the exclusive weekly ramen specials, be prepared to spend a little more. You’ll have to get in quick if you want to snag a bowl of the good stuff, there are only a few sessions left. Tickets can be purchased HERE.

Ramen Alley will also be playing host to Suntory, who are putting on a whisky tasting on Thursday 4th July from 6:30pm until 8:00pm. Suntory brand ambassador, Cameron Pirret will be showing off four distinct Japanese whiskies for the delight of Japanophiles. If the timeless Old Fashioned is your thing, you can learn how to make one at the Suntory cocktail masterclass on Saturday 6th, 13th and 20th of July from 5:30pm until 7:00pm Both sessions concluding with a bowl of delicious shoyu ramen and a Toki whisky highball.
