Late winter just became the best time to visit New York City for deal seekers

For the first time ever, NYC & Company – the official destination marketing organisation for New York City – will align their three signature programs across the same stretch of dates, bringing together NYC Broadway Week, NYC Restaurant Week, and NYC Must-See Week. Under the new collective name of NYC Winter Outing, the new mega-program will stretch from January 21st to (almost) mid-February, with a selection of Broadway shows, museums, attractions and tours available at two-for-one prices, as well as almost 400 restaurants taking part in the very deal-centric celebration with numerous prix-fixie menus. Of course, this all means that this particular period has become one of the most budget-friendly times to visit the city, reiterated by the fact that some NYC’s best hotels offer the most attractive pricing of the year during those dates.

In an attempt to further elevate New York City as a competitive wintertime destination, NYC Winter Outing have put together a series of themed itineraries for different types of travellers heading over, making it a bit easier to digest the new combined programs and make the most of it. In addition, the company have also appointed Beautiful Destinations CEO Jeremy Jauncey as the official “NYC Winter Outing Ambassador”, tasking him with creating unique content for the program, including his top ten tips for winter travel throughout NYC’s five boroughs.

To view the different itineraries and get a better idea of what deals are available from January 21st head along to nycgo.com.
