Track of the Day: STUMPS “Your Old Man” (2019)

It’s a big day for Sydney four-piece STUMPS who have announced their signings to Vita Artists bookings company. released the new track “Your Old Man” and announced two shows in Sydney and Melbourne.

“I’ve had the pleasure of watching STUMPS develop over the past year, so I’m ecstatic that I can now assist in their growth as artists on the touring front. Keep your eyes on them,” says Vita Artists Managing Director Guven Yilmaz.

The new single is singer Kyle Fisher’s slow-tempo and moody recount of meeting his partner’s father who was a retired undercover cop. The band formed in 2017 and have since released their debut EP Just Another Stay At Home Son in 2018 as well as tours with the likes of Dear Seattle, Trophy Eyes and Maddy Jane.

 

 

The band will be bringing their live show – The ‘Your Old Man’ Getaway to Sydney on Friday 28th July and Melbourne on Saturday 6th July with as yet to be announced special guests. For complete information on the shows you can head to the bands Facebook HERE.
