Take a peak at the final BIGSOUND announcement; I Know Leopard, G Flip and more added!

Music industry conference BIGSOUND is less than a month away from taking over Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley and is already bursting at the seams with 150 acts announced. But the event has made just made its final announcement, which includes more artists, speakers, and parties.

Joining the line-up of up-and-coming performers includes G Flip, I Know Leopard, Brisbane supergroup Total Pace, Triple J Unearthed winners Keelan Mak and Austen, and more!

Also announced for BIGSOUND are 70 new buyers and speakers, including UNIFIED’s Rachel Comerford, Future Classic’s Nathan McLay, Bossy Music’s Claire Collins, and Australian music industry legend Michael Chugg of Chugg Entertainment.

BIGSOUND will also feature: a visual arts program and music tech showcases at the all new BIGSOUND Gallery; heaps of talks, panels, and workshops; and a bunch of parties from the likes of Milk! Records and Fat Wreck Chords. The event kicks-off Tuesday September 4 with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander music HOME showcase, which has been made the official BIGSOUND opening party.

BIGSOUND 2018 is huge, and the newly launched BIGSOUND app for iOS and Android will help punters schedule their days. The app has had a complete overhaul to give users a deeper music discovery experience, including integration with Spotify.
